This face oil is handblended by Allison, in a base of organic oils and using essential oils of frankincense, patchouli, vanilla, rose, & neroli.

”La vie en rose” is translated to mean  “life in the pink” and means to see the world through rose-colored glasses.  The “pink” in this oil comes from a few dried organic rose petals and sea buckthorn oil.

Rose oil is distilled from the petals of roses. It is thought to have stress-relieving effects on the brain, as well as improving anxiety & depression.  Additionally, rose is thought to be an aphrodisiac.  It is hydrating for skin and is antiseptic and anti-Inflammatory.  It is also thought to stimulate collagen production, smooth wrinkles, and penetrate into the deepest layers of skin, healing and improving skin’s appearance.

Neroli comes from the flower of the bitter orange tree and has aromatherapy properties including: reducing levels of cortisol in the brain, alleviating feelings oF anxiousness.  In addition, neroli stimulates skin cell regeneration, helps fade scars, is anti-inflammatory, and pain-relieving.
